Lucas: Detached Garage & House Facelift

For the Lucas project, we did several things. First, we built a new detached garage. Then, on the house, we installed a new roof, new siding and soffit, new windows, completed a bathroom remodel, as well as a kitchen and mudroom remodel, and painted some rooms.

Additionally, under our supervision, there was spray foam insulation added in the basement and a couple of heat/ac pumps.
